Misty’s global experience spans from large, private sector companies (FICO, GE, Vail Resorts) to mid-size non-profit organizations across multiple industries. Prior to her Consulting career, Misty served as the Chief People Officer for RMI where she was responsible for building an HR organization and creating and implementing a talent strategy that enabled and accelerated the organization’s mission and its impact.

Since the beginning of her professional career, Misty has held firmly to the belief that health and wellness of organizations, communities and families starts at the individual level.

Outside of work, Misty enjoys spending time hiking with her dogs, is an avid concert-goer, loves to travel, can often be found on her yoga mat, and occasionally runs half-marathons.
