Jennifer O'Donnell ,PhD

Certified Consultant, Coach, and Mediator

Jen is driven by the belief that achieving what we want requires a clear, strong sense of self, courage to tackle tough issues directly and transparently, and willingness to uncover where we get in our own way.

A former college professor and HR executive, Jen is now an independent coach and consultant in the US and in Europe, working with individuals who are stuck at a personal or professional crossroad and with teams who dream of better ways of working together. Jen is an accomplished partner to senior leaders in building leadership effectiveness at all levels of the organization and aligning talent strategy with business strategy.

Jen’s previous roles include:

  • Chief Talent Officer at Quantis, Inc. (a private sustainability consulting firm in Europe and US)

  • Senior HR Advisor at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) (Paris)

  • Vice President of Talent at Pearl iZUMi (Louisville, CO)

  • Director of Talent Development at Vail Resorts, Inc. (Broomfield, CO)

  • Vice President of Human Resources at Land Title Guarantee Company (Denver, CO)

  • Organization Development Consultant at Employers Council (Denver, CO)

When not working, Jen can be found exploring the world with her husband and their dog. After enjoying life in Denver, Colorado, for many years, the trio moved to Paris in 2019 to fulfill a long-time dream of living abroad. Jen feels most at home on her bicycle or in the water, is a 3-time Ironman triathlon finisher, and enjoys practicing yoga, reading, and eating (and she finally has made friends with the kitchen). Jen’s greatest fear is becoming stagnant.  She and will try (almost) anything once.
