Since he began his professional career, Jeff has been dedicated to creating environments where people choose to do their best work and be their best self.

Currently, Jeff supports clients in industries as diverse as professional sports, environmental sustainability, healthcare, outdoor recreation and tourism.  All of his clients have a common thread…they are driven by purpose and passion.

Prior to beginning his partnership with Adventures in Leading, Jeff served as Vice President Talent Development for Vail Resorts Management Company, the world’s premier mountain resort company.  During his time with Vail Resorts, the company was honored as one of the top employers in the country by Forbes magazine, and one of the 50 Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.

Jeff spent 10 years in the healthcare industry serving as the Chief Human Resource Officer and VP of Organization Development for Healthways - a progressive well-being company.  Consulting has made up the balance of his career including roles as director of research and leadership development facilitation for Aon/Pecos River and as a senior change management consultant for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).  

Jeff received his Master of Science in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University.
